1. Introduction

Welcome to Mental Wellness Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mental health support services provided via phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and email. By booking or using any session, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or attending a session, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Description of Services

We offer:

  • One-on-One Therapy: 60-minute private sessions via call or WhatsApp.
  • Group Counseling: Weekly peer-support cohorts via WhatsApp groups.
  • Stress Relief Programs: Guided audio exercises delivered electronically.
  • Digital Resource Library: Articles, worksheets, and webinars.

4. Eligibility & Access

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate contact details for calls, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Have a stable phone or internet connection.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

All sessions must be booked via our website. Fees are due at the time of booking:

  • Individual: ₹800 per session.
  • Group: ₹500 per weekly cohort.
  • Monthly Plan: ₹2000 for 4 sessions + unlimited support.

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice. No-show or late cancellations forfeits the session fee.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality. Your personal data and session content are protected under end-to-end encryption.

We collect zero personal data beyond what’s necessary for scheduling and payment. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—text, audio guides, worksheets—are owned by Mental Wellness Hub. You may download or print for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are educational and supportive. They are not a substitute for emergency, medical, or psychiatric care. If you feel at risk or in crisis, call your local emergency number immediately.

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mental Wellness Hub and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mental Wellness Hub, its partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
